Hi, I’m Vince, I am an international management and leadership consultant, specialising in people management and creating effective teams.
I have worked with companies for over a decade to support their managers to be more effective and, in turn, create more effective teams. I offer support through a variety of different methods, from 1:1 coaching, to team training, conferences, key note speaking, to the design of bespoke management training programmes.
I am also an accredited mediator and work with companies as an external, impartial party to find solutions to fractured relationships. I am often called in when internal support hasn’t been successful in finding a resolution, and the organisation is not ready to take the matter down a more formal procedure.
Bringing these skills together allows me to support companies and managers to address the people issues that many individuals feel ill-equiped to manage. From motivation issues, to underperformance, unhealthy conflict, to not being sure how to have difficult conversations. I up-skill managers and leaders to be able to do this themselves
I believe these skills can be taught, so much so, that I also work in schools to help teach these skills to children. The younger we start developing our future leaders and managers, the better equipped they will be to support others themselves in the future.
