Do you want an individual team to receive training with their manager? Or is it that you’re looking for many managers to receive training together? I have delivered training for over a decade, in person, online and hybrid. I offer a range of packages from 2 hour online sessions through to 5 day face to face training. Popular offers include: How to have difficult conversations Creating effective teams Building trust and psychological safety Running effective 1:1s New manager 101 I can also create tailored and bespoke packages to meet your needs. My Offer: Online - I will deliver training to your team(s) on a topics(s) of your choice. This can be from a two hour session through to multiple days. Multi-day training can be delivered in multiple, shorter sessions. Face to face - I will travel to a venue of your choice to deliver in person training. This includes international travel. I am based in the U.K. Face to face training is a minimum of one day.
